Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program features Fundamentals classes for all levels, focusing on executing core techniques with precision and excellence. For those seeking more depth, our Advanced classes explore intricate strategies and complex new techniques. While these sessions are open to everyone, we recommend a basic understanding of positions beforehand due to the higher intensity and increased training rounds. Our adult program runs six days a week, offering convenient morning, noon, and evening classes to fit any schedule.

No-Gi

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, also known as Grappling or Submission Wrestling, is practiced without the traditional uniform, with students wearing rash guards and shorts instead. This lack of fabric grips makes controlling opponents more difficult and leads to a faster-paced game where escapes are generally easier. While our No-Gi classes are open to all levels, including beginners, the techniques are slightly more advanced and the intensity is higher than in our Fundamentals sessions. It is an excellent way to transition your skills into a more fluid, athletic environment.

Self Defense

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a premier martial art for self-defense, famously validated by Royce Gracie’s success in early UFC tournaments against larger opponents. Rooted in Brazil’s "Vale Tudo" history, this "Gentle Art" focuses on defeating adversaries through technical efficiency and leverage rather than brute force. Modern academies uphold this philosophy, providing a safe and welcoming environment for intense training. By prioritizing technique over strength, practitioners of all ages and genders can effectively overcome physical disadvantages while minimizing the risk of injury.

Besides being great for Self-Defense and Anti-Bullying for kids, one of the most obvious benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is that it’s a great workout! Training Jiu Jitsu will improve your fitness and health drastically, without you having to spend hours in the gym on the treadmill or lifting weights.
